Description

All the ideal climatic conditions were met for the 2016. Flowering and fruit set were fast and homogeneous followed by a desired growth stop at mid-veraison. Rains at the beginning of September then a not excessive heat and cool nights until October allowed the perfect maturity of the grapes. Finally, the weather was mild and rainless for the harvest of the grapes colored, aromatic and with a nice acidity.

Awakening of the senses: Dark ruby ​​color. The nose is reminiscent of blackcurrant and blueberry with a fade of wood.
