85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc.

Mode de culture

Agriculture biologique, sans aucun pesticide ni herbicide. Engrais naturels. Taille en Guyot double. Travail du sol sous les rangs en hiver, et enherbement d'un rang sur deux en été. Effeuillage partiel.

Vinification 2012 :

Fermentation en cuves béton. Extraction douce avec maîtrise des températures pour favoriser le fruit et la fraicheur. Cuvaison de 27 jours. Elevage de 70% en cuves béton ou inox et 30% en barriques de 500L. Rendement de 21 hl/ha.
